Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

At Sybil Abaya, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.

1. Exchanges (Within Pakistan)

Eligibility

• Exchanges are accepted once per order.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

• Be returned in its original condition.

• Have all original tags attached.

Exchange Process

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the return address provided by Sybil Abaya.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Sale items

• Discounted items

• Promotional items

2. Returns & Refunds (Within Pakistan)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

• Share clear photos or videos via WhatsApp: +92 316 6612917.

• The product must remain unused and include all original tags.

Wrong or Missing Items

If your order contains the wrong item or an item is missing:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number along with clear photos or videos via WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are not available.

• Approved claims will receive store credit in the form of a voucher code that can be used on our website.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds, including defective item claims. Store credit will be issued where applicable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable and remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise determined by Sybil Abaya.

3. International Orders

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the product. Our customer support team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Method

Approved international claims may receive either:

• Store Credit, or

• A Refund,

at the sole discretion of Sybil Abaya.

Customs Duties & Shipping Fees

International shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional government fees are non-refundable and remain the customer's responsibility.
